VIP Rewards at AU Casinos Carrying Jeetcity
Wagering is tracked across all games. Bonuses and free spins contribute to tier progression, though some bonus types may have reduced weighting - check your account dashboard for specifics.
| Tier | Cumulative Wager | Cashback % | Withdrawal Limit | Personal Manager |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bronze | $0 - $5,000 | 0.5% | $10,000/week | No |
| Silver | $5,001 - $25,000 | 1% | $25,000/week | No |
| Gold | $25,001 - $100,000 | 1.5% | $50,000/week | Yes (shared) |
| Platinum | $100,001 - $500,000 | 2% | $100,000/week | Yes (dedicated) |
| Diamond | $500,001+ | 2.5% | Unlimited | Yes (dedicated) |
Tier status is permanent once achieved. You won't drop tiers if you stop playing, but you'll need to maintain activity to unlock higher-tier perks like personal manager access.
Cashback and Loyalty Point Mechanics
Cashback is calculated on net losses (total wagered minus winnings) and credited weekly. If you wager $1,000 and lose $200, your cashback at 1% tier is $2. Cashback appears as bonus credit and is subject to a 1x playthrough before withdrawal.
Loyalty points accumulate separately. You earn one point per dollar wagered, regardless of outcome. Points can be:
- Converted to cash at a 100:1 ratio ($100 points = $1 cash)
- Redeemed for exclusive tournament entries
- Traded for bonus top-ups during promotional periods
Points never expire as long as your account remains active.

Personal Account Manager - What They Actually Do
Gold-tier players and above gain access to account management support. At Gold, you share a manager with other players; at Platinum and Diamond, you get a dedicated contact.
Your manager handles:
- Faster KYC verification and document review
- Custom bonus offers tailored to your play history
- Priority withdrawal processing (24-48 hours vs. standard 3-5 days)
- Proactive outreach about new games or tournaments matching your preferences
- Direct escalation for technical issues or account queries
You can reach your manager via email, phone, or live chat during business hours (typically 9 AM - 9 PM AEDT).
Exclusive VIP Perks and Limits
Beyond cashback and withdrawal limits, VIP tiers unlock:
- Bonus boosts
- VIP players receive higher deposit match percentages on seasonal promotions.
- Tournament priority
- Platinum and Diamond members get guaranteed seats in high-prize tournaments and early access to limited-field events.
- Birthday bonuses
- All tiers receive a birthday bonus; higher tiers get larger amounts and fewer playthrough conditions.
- Faster KYC
- VIP accounts are prioritized for identity verification, often completing within 24 hours instead of 3-5 days.
- Withdrawal speed
- Diamond members can request same-day payouts on weekdays; Platinum members get 24-48 hour processing.
- Reload bonuses
- Exclusive reload offers (e.g., 20% top-up on deposits over $500) are reserved for Gold and above.
How to Apply or Get Invited
You don't need to apply. VIP membership is automatic upon account creation and tier progression is tracked in real time. Your current tier and progress toward the next level appear in your account dashboard under "Loyalty" or "VIP Status."
If you believe your tier has been miscalculated, contact support via live chat or email with your account details. Jeetcity's compliance team will review your wagering history within 48 hours.
Tier progression is fastest during promotional periods when bonus wagering counts at full weight. Check the promotions page for seasonal VIP boosts.
Reaching Platinum or Diamond typically takes 6-12 months of regular play, depending on bet size and game selection. Pokies contribute equally to tier progression as table games, so your preferred game type doesn't affect advancement speed.
For questions about your specific tier benefits or upcoming promotions, log in to your account or contact the support team.
