Account security tips
Two-factor authentication (2FA)
Enable 2FA in your account settings under Security. This adds a second verification layer beyond your password - typically a code sent to your email or phone. 2FA is optional but strongly recommended, especially if you hold a significant balance.
Device verification
Jeetcity automatically flags logins from unfamiliar devices. You'll receive a verification code via email - enter it to confirm the login is legitimate. This prevents unauthorized access even if someone obtains your password.
Password best practices
- Use a unique password not shared with other sites.
- Change your password every 3-6 months.
- Never share your login credentials, even with Jeetcity staff (they will never ask for your password).
- Log out after each session, especially on shared devices.
Suspicious activity
If you notice unfamiliar transactions or login attempts, change your password immediately and contact support. Jeetcity can review account activity and reverse unauthorized transactions if needed.
Always log in via the official Jeetcity website (jeetcitygoau.com). Avoid clicking login links in unsolicited emails - these may be phishing attempts.
Your account security is your responsibility. Jeetcity uses industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) to protect data in transit, but safe login habits are equally important.
